March 6, 2017 - FC Durham Academy would like to congratulate 2000 Centerback Tianna Harris on her commitment to Mississippi State University (MSU) for 2018.  MSU is in the highly competitive NCAA D1 SEC.

Coach Rocky says "Tianna is a commanding presence at centerback, and has been here since the inception of the academy.  I've had a chance to watch Tianna Harris grow both on and off the field. Her leadership abilities are extraordinary, she holds the team accountable while providing the necessary encouragement to help us thrive in all types of situations. The heart and passion that she plays with from start to finish is a source of inspiration to her teammates, coupled with an innate motivation to succeed to make her family proud makes her a remarkable young woman. I'm extremely proud of this milestone in Tianna's life and look forward to helping her get ready for her collegiate career!"
