Refund Policy – Programs

This refund policy pertains to all supplemental, camps, clinics, grassroots and adult programs being offered at FC Durham Academy.

1. No refunds if cancellation is within 7 days prior to the start of the program.
2. Cancellation fee of $40.00 is applied to all refunds provided prior to the no-refund cancellation deadline.
3. All NSF cheques are subject to a $40.00 administration fee, paid by the customer to FC Durham Academy.
4. If FC Durham Academy cancels a program for any reason, the customer will receive a refund in full.
5. In the event of a customer obtaining a long-term injury after the start of the program or within 7 days prior to the start of the program, FC Durham Academy will calculate a refund amount based on the number of session participated in and the number of sessions missed.  The refund will be subject to the $40.00 cancellation fee   Proof of injury must be provided to obtain the refund.
