January 11, 2018 - FC Durham Academy would like to congratulate 2018 Graduating 2000G Goalkeeper Ella Dennis on her commitment to Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. Ella will be joining the Statesmen in 2018 playing in the GSC Conference.

Ella is an athletic goalkeeper with elite distribution who has been a consistent performer in our program since the inception of the academy. Ella has been part of the Jamaican Youth National Team set up for 3 years. Her technical foundation and passing ability set her apart from many other goalkeepers in the province. Incredibly confident on the ball, Ella has the ability to make pinpoint passes and help any team keep possession. Her shot stopping ability has come up big in countless situations, swinging momentum in many games. Ella's courage and toughness are always displayed in any game she is a part of. She has worked tirelessly to make her dreams come true and play collegiate soccer, and we at the academy are incredibly proud of her. We look forward to helping her prepare for her next steps at Delta State!
