Teams - Why Attend?

  • 3 Games of 2x40 minutes halves
  • 3 Game Officials
  • 11v11 Format
  • Athletic Therapist at every field
  • Player Profile Booklets distributed to all attending college coaches
  • 20-30 College Coaches from United States and Canada (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, CIS, CCAA)
  • Games run Friday 6-11pm, Saturday 8-8pm and Sunday 8-2pm

Cost Per Team - $1100.00 including HST

Important Dates

April 1, 2017 - Application and Payment Deadline
April 15, 2017 - Accepted Teams Final Announcement
May 5, 2017 - Schedules Released
May 12, 2017 - Complete Team Registration Package Due

Team Registration Requirements

  1. Completed Online Application and Payment by April 1, 2017
  2. Final acceptance date of April 15, 2017
  3. Registration package in one pdf file sent Tom Croft at tcroft@fcdurhamacademy.com including the 3 permission to play exhibition games, player profile form, and team contact form by May 12, 2017.  PDF file save as Team_Age.pdf.  Example:  FC Durham Academy 2000B_U17.pdf

Each game is considered an exhibition game between the two teams, therefore the following paperwork is required by teams.  All information will be provided by FC Durham Academy to complete.  Costs for permits are the responsibility of the participating teams.

  • Team listed as the Home Team will be responsible for submitting and obtaining a "Permission to Host Exhibition Game" AHEG for that specific game.
  • Team listed as the Away Team will be responsible for submitting and obtaining a "Permission to Play Exhibition Game" ATF for that specific game.
  • ORNCA Academy Teams will not be listed as a Home Team and are not required to obtain any AHEG or ATFs.
  • Game sheets are to be used for each game and provided to the home team prior to each game.

FC Durham Academy is providing the environment for teams to play a series of exhibition games in front of multiple college coaches at one venue.
