November 21, 2016 - FC Durham Academy would like to congratulate 2000BW Striker Ovante Mullings on his commitment to The University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont. 

Ovante will be joining UVM in 2018, playing Division I in the America East Conference. 

Ovante is a Striker and a difference maker at his position. Ovante is dangerous at anytime or in any place on the field, whether he is scoring a goal or setting one up. He is always on the attack.

He will be joining UVM, a very competitive D1 program  that has reached the NCAA Tournament the last 2 years. Ovante has worked very hard to reach this level and he fully understands that the hard work has just begun.  

We look forward to helping him prepare for his next steps at UVM!
