June 8, 2016 - FC Durham Academy is proud to announce that 2016 Graduating Defender Ethan Augustin has accepted a scholarship at Slippery Rock University (SRU) in Pennsylvania!

Tom Croft our Boys' Academy Manager says "Ethan joined FCD in the first year of our operation.  Having watched Ethan play since he was 13 years old, I have seen him grow as a player and mature into a fine young man.  I am sure Ethan will step in as a freshman and contribute at SRU as they strive to advance to the NCAA D2 Tournament this fall.  We are all very proud of Ethan and know he will represent FCD with class in his time at SRU."
