FC Durham Academy Girl's Director of Coaching Rich Hirst says "I am very proud of these girls and what they have accomplished on and off the field since joining FC Durham Academy.  This is the next step in soccer, but also in life and I am confident they are all prepared to excel in college.  It is exciting to see these girls using the sport they love as a vehicle to post-secondary education.  Over the next 3 months, I do expect to see a few more of our talented girls reach this same goal."

Missing from the photo was Alex Ralph.
